Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)StoryPoint Prospect Great Pay ($32 per hour) Paid Holidays Pet Insuance Full Benefits Tuition Reimbursement Must haves from you to be a Nurse Supervisor/LPN:
o Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state.
Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
o Prior supervisory experience required.
o Punctuality and professionalism are important factors.
o Passionate about working with the elderly.
What your day to day looks like as a Nurse Supervisor/LPN:
o Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
o Responsible for evaluating residents and reporting change in condition to physicians.
o Utilizing Electronic Heath Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)o Communicating effectively to team, residents and families.
o Building strong relationships.
